The orders are processed by the warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding German national holidays).

From now on, our Swiss customers will no longer incur any additional charges. Each item in our shop now includes VAT in the displayed price, so you won’t pay anything extra on top. Every order will also be delivered to your desired address by Swiss Post. This way, you can shop hassle-free, knowing we’ve got you covered.

Can I change my delivery address?
Regrettably it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is in the system. If a change is necceaary, please contact our customer service team to cancel the order. You can then place a new order with the correct adress. Please note that depending on the progress of the order processing a cancellation is not always possible.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Of course you'd like to know where your purchased fashion favourites are while they're en route to you. For this purpose, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number once we have shipped your order. Just click on the link to see where your items are.
